Did you know that different carpets require different cleaning methods and equipment? During our first visit, an experienced team member will provide a free survey – assessing stains and the type of carpets – and advise you on the best way to proceed. They can demonstrate one of our cleaners so you can see what the results will be like! Then we’ll give you a fixed price.

The best technology

All our staff are trained and experienced in carpet cleaning. If you have special requirements then just ask. For the best results we use one of three systems:

1 – Hot water extraction, or steam cleaning
This is suitable for most domestic carpets. It’s the traditional spray extraction cleaning and gives a gentle but deep clean. We use a combination of cleaning solutions to remove stains and condition the carpet fibres, leaving them looking fresh and groomed.

2 – Dry fusion cleaning (low moisture)
This is a good choice for low pile carpets, such as those found in commercial premises. It cleans and protects at the same time, coating carpet fibres in a stain-resistant film. It’s also dry in 30 minutes.

3 – Dry compound cleaning
This is a specialist system used for water-sensitive fibres like sisal or silk. It cleans and deodorises carpets for a fresh finish.
