SANITISING SERVICES
In the current climate, it is necessary for business owners to take precautions to minimise the risk to their staff and visitors of contracting the COVID19 virus.
We can provide sanitising services to offices, shops, care homes, hotels, bars and restaurants, residential blocks, gymnasiums, sports facilities, schools and colleges. (If your facility is not on this list, please contact us and we will be happy to advise you.) We are approved applicators for various products and systems and have a lot of experience in this field.
If you’re planning for the future, we can offer advice on the right policy for your business: it could mean increasing the frequency and depth of the regular cleaning service, or employing specialist fogging or spray sanitising equipment to thoroughly disinfect large areas.
Our services start with a free, no-obligation site survey to discuss your concerns and identify the most suitable plan. Depending on the type, size and usage of your facility, we will provide you with a comprehensive solution for your needs and budget.
Deep cleaning & preventative coatings
We are experts in the fast and efficient deep-clean. We use a suitable virucidal cleaner to sanitise any surfaces that are common touch-points, such as door handles, lift buttons, handrails, light switches and kitchen and washroom facilities. This can be carried out on a one-off basis and then incorporated into the daily routine.
Alternatively, we can carry out a deep clean using regular cleaning agents to remove any residual bio-films, followed by the application of a “nano film” surface coating. The nano film will leave a physical barrier on the treated surface which will protect against Coronavirus for 60 days. This nano film is unaffected by normal, regular cleaning actions and its effectiveness is tested every 30 days to ensure it is still active, as part of the service. The nano film has been extensively tested in UK laboratories to prove its effectiveness. Test certificates and display signage are available if required.
The nano film is applied using an electro-static sprayer, which enables the nano particles to adhere to all surfaces, ensuring an even coating, maximising results.
This method is ideal for facilities that have a greater footfall.
Whole area fogging
A fogging machine releases virucidal solution into the atmosphere in a mist or fog, cleaning the air and coating all surfaces with the solution.
This method is most suitable for sanitising smaller areas where Coronavirus is known to have been present, such as a small office, a hotel room or a residential apartment.
Because of the size of the particles used, it is necessary for the area treated to be out of use for about one hour after the treatment.
This method can be delivered by either an ultra-Low Volume (ULV) fogging machine or an Electro-static fogging machine. We will advise on which is more suitable.
Spray sanitising
For larger areas like offices or communal spaces, spray sanitising is quick and effective. It’s more targeted than fogging.
It’s fast: as the spray contains larger particles, it doesn’t stay in the air for too long, so the area will be safe to use after about 15 minutes.
It’s also very versatile: this method is safe for electrical equipment and appliances as well as hard and soft surfaces.
