High Level Cleaning

A build-up of dust or debris on high level ledges or pipework can be unsightly and, in some cases, hazardous.  But high-level areas can be difficult to clean – that’s when you need Fairwood.

We’ll access these areas, either from the ground using high-level vacuuming or washing equipment, or using access equipment like mechanical access platforms or mobile scaffold towers.  Call us to come out and survey the problems to give you a cost-effective solution – and a fixed price. 

High Pressure Cleaning / Jet Washing

If your patio, paths, walls or driveway are dirty or going green with algae, then our high-pressure cleaning equipment will solve the problem, returning the surface to a clean, non-slip, original finish.

We can clean paving slabs, natural stone, concrete, asphalt, brick and block paving. If necessary, we can re-sand, grout and apply sealer, as required.

Soft Washing

Where jetwashing is unsuitable, soft washing uses chemicals to do the cleaning. We use a range of specialist cleaning solutions to give your paths and walls a superb finish. 

Applied using a low-pressure sprayer, soft washing won’t cause any damage to delicate surfaces like render or soft brickwork.

Moss and algae treatments applied this way will keep surfaces free of re-colonisation for up to 9 months.

Graffiti Removal

Although some graffiti is considered an art form, most is just vandalism and can be extremely offensive.  Call us out to remove it without damaging your property.

Using specialist, eco-friendly, non-hazardous chemicals, we will gently lift the paint away from the surface and rinse it off. Whether the surface is brick, render, stone, metal, plastic or glass, we can remove the graffiti, leaving your property in a clean condition.

Render Cleaning

If your render has discoloured due to atmospheric pollution, staining or algae, ask us to transform it.

Our expert team will use specialist chemicals, applied either by brush or low-pressure spray, from the ground.  We use an algicide chemical to kill the algae living on your render and prevent re-growth for much longer than just washing it off.

Grounds Maintenance

First impressions matter – if you want to improve yours, then give us a call.  The external landscaping of your property – including driveways, car parks, and surrounding grounds – should give the appearance of being cared for.  So ask us to come out for external sweeping and litter collection, grass cutting, hedge trimming, weed control and leaf collection services.

Body Fluids Clean Up / Needle Collection

Body fluids such as urine, vomit and blood require specialist treatment to handle, remove and clean up. Our staff members are trained and experienced in this work and can respond quickly to your call. We have the equipment and knowledge to safely remove contaminated items and clean any residues. We can then sanitise the area to kill any pathogens and bacteria present.

Loft Insulation Removal / Sanitising

If rodents nest in a loft space, the insulation material becomes contaminated by their droppings and urine. Rodents can carry a disease called Leptospirosis or Weil’s disease which is harmful to humans.

Pest control companies will place poison in loft spaces to kill the rodents but often won’t remove carcasses.

But you can count on us.  We’ll remove the old, contaminated loft insulation, together with any dead animals and then clean the loft space and sanitise the area, killing any harmful bacteria and viruses.  If required, we can replace the loft insulation with new at a competitive price.

Rodents often cause damage to electrical and plumbing fittings present and the area will have to be cleaned prior to any tradespeople carrying out the necessary repairs.

Bin Cleaning

Large wheelie bins, used for commercial waste or residential blocks, can sometimes emit odour or attract infestations like rats or flies. Often debris can build up in the bottom of these bins and it can be difficult to remove.

We can empty, clean and sanitise these large bins to solve the problem and, if required, perform this service on a regular basis to prevent it from re-occurring.
